When you upload or capture images, Quizuma processes them to extract readable text and generate a quiz. Images and extracted text may be processed on our servers and may be sent to third-party OCR or AI services when needed to provide the quiz generation feature.
You should not upload confidential, sensitive, private, or legally protected information. You are responsible for the content you submit.
To generate quizzes, we may send extracted text, quiz settings, and related prompts to third-party AI or processing providers. These may include services such as Google AI/Gemini, Groq, OCR providers, or similar providers used by Quizuma.
We do not intentionally use uploaded content to identify you personally. However, if your uploaded content contains personal information, that information may be processed as part of quiz generation.
Quizuma may use Firebase Authentication or similar services to let users sign in. When you sign in, we may process your email address, user ID, authentication token, and related account information.
This information is used to manage your account, usage limits, extra quiz credits, purchases, and app access.
Quizuma offers optional purchases, such as extra quiz credit packs. Purchases are processed through Google Play and may be managed using services such as RevenueCat.
We may process purchase identifiers, product IDs, entitlement status, transaction status, and related purchase metadata. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
If a purchase is refunded, cancelled, charged back, or otherwise reversed, we may remove or adjust the related quiz credits.

Uploaded images and extracted content are processed for quiz generation and are not intended to be stored permanently. We aim to delete temporary uploaded files and derived processing data from our servers within 48 hours, unless a longer period is required for security, debugging, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or service reliability.
Account, purchase, usage limit, and credit information may be stored for as long as needed to provide the app, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, handle refunds, prevent abuse, and resolve disputes.
